1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and qg5f ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, and features available on qg5f. To register and maintain an account on qg5f, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Any user who does not satisfy these criteria is prohibited from opening or using an account on this platform.

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under aliases, is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently banned.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full name, valid email address, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify qg5f support immediately.
• qg5f reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Verified accounts also benefit from higher withdrawal limits and priority processing times.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

qg5f supports a range of local and international payment methods tailored to the needs of Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. qg5f reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• Any attempt to process a chargeback, reverse a deposit, or engage in fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account suspension. qg5f may pursue recovery of funds through available legal channels.
• Currency on qg5f is denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, conversion will be applied at the current market rate, and qg5f is not liable for currency conversion losses.
• qg5f does not charge deposit fees directly. However, third-party payment providers such as bKash or Nagad may impose their own transaction fees. Users are advised to review the applicable fee schedule of their chosen payment provider.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

qg5f may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until the stated rollover conditions are satisfied. A maximum withdrawal limit may apply per bonus. Refer to the specific promotion page for full details.
• qg5f reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is found to have been claimed fraudulently or in violation of these Terms, qg5f may confiscate the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Promotional offers are intended for recreational players only. qg5f reserves the right to exclude any user from specific promotions, particularly where abnormal betting patterns or bonus abuse is identified. Users engaged in professional or systematic bonus hunting may have their accounts limited or closed.

5. Responsible Gaming & Fair Play

qg5f is dedicated to maintaining a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We strongly encourage all users to gamble responsibly and to treat gaming as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming.

• Users may request voluntary self-exclusion from the platform for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, no deposits, bonuses, or marketing communications will be processed.
• Deposit limits can be set at the daily, weekly, or monthly level. Users may lower their limits immediately, but increases to limits require a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period to take effect.

• Using automated scripts, bots, data harvesting tools, or any software that interferes with the normal operation of the platform is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, chip dumping, match-fixing, or exploiting software vulnerabilities (including RNG manipulation attempts) is prohibited. qg5f uses advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with game providers to identify and prevent such activity.
• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any content on qg5f without explicit written permission is a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

qg5f reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to the following.

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, underage gambling, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or chargebacks.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or providing documentation that qg5f determines to be fraudulent, forged, or otherwise invalid.
• Where qg5f has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction, engaging in money laundering, or acting in a way that may expose qg5f to legal liability or reputational harm.

9. Amendments to These Terms

qg5f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of qg5f following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
